I have been taking magnesium for years and as a nurse i know magnesium does for your body. However, i can nor finish a bottle everytime i buy a big one ( 250caps) because i don't feel any difference. Until i tried Mg Glycinate/Glucunate of LiveGood. My husband and myself are hitting that bottle of Ultra Magnesium Complex in 15 days because if the effects on us are significant and noticeable 100%. We are both in healthcare industry and i can not recommend enough this brand of Magnesium. I can not, not have this supplements in our daily lives.

Are you like me and dread going to bed at night because you are sick of kicking and swinging your arms and legs due to restlessness? Like for real!!! I could write a whole page about why I am so thrilled with this magnesium, but I'll give three reasons. #1. This formulation does not cause me to have heart palpatations and stomach issues like most do. #2. It provides deep, restful sleep of which I have been deprived for years. #3. I have an accute migrain since i was in teen age . Everymonth of mylife i was suffering with terrible head ache and it takes 1 week to disappear.I undergo with accupuncture it helps but after 2 years it came back as it is.

About 8 weeks I was out running one morning ( been a runner for 45 years)and get a Torn meniscus in my left knee and had to have surgery to fix it. The knee and my foot swell up huge. I have been a MIGRAINE sufferer since I was 17 years old...
When I first started getting them they would put me out for days. Visual aura, vomiting, agonizing pain, etc...
By my mid to late 20s I had learned how to combat a migraine when I would get one so that I could get it under control using medicine within a few hours of getting one but I was never able to prevent them from coming. I also hate taking any kind of drugs as we all know they all have adverse side effects but it was the only option I knew of.
Well, I have done a ton of research on migraines and have learned that magnesium in the right form and dosage can prevent migraines. I tried magnesium in the past but it never did anything for me.
