Before and during cycling I am keeping my energy going with the AMINOS! Both flavors are super fantastic. Also, instead of sodas, I now reach for LiveGOOD Aminos for a healthier sweet drink.

I just began using it, however the "fruit punch" tastes sour and like a coconut, not fruit. Therefore, it definitely should be mixed with drinks that have flavor to mask the taste. Besides that, I am excited to have such a high volume of amino acids and electrolytes in one single drink.

So far so good! I haven't really noticed anything spectacular yet, however I am pretty fit and healthy to begin with. If anything, it's been a lovely flavour addition to my water during exercise sessions
