My experience with these supplements are amazing, when us women have mentrastal cycle we don't have iron it drains it out of us so this vitamins puts it back in you. So when you do have your period you don't drained. It helps with my PTSD cause I deal with anxiety all the time and it helps with moods as well your energy and much more.

This multivitamin has lived up to my expectations. It is gentle on the stomach and the iron component does not make me constipated! I have been taking it regularly since August 2025 and it has become a steady companion to my morning routine. I really need a vitamin without added the iron I’m past menopause and it’s not healthy to take iron if you do not need it. If you add another vitamin for women without the iron I will be happy to buy it!
