I take 2-3 drops in my mouth every morning, and in the morning I also take the women's Hormonal Balance and women's multi-vitamin. Around 11am I take collagen peptides with Super Reds, after dinner I take Super Greens, and before bed I take 2 probiotics. The next morning everything moves so smoothly, and I feel like my waist is much smaller! I feel so pleasantly surprised!
